Greetings, I am Sung-jin Yoo, CEO of THE ANT:RE.

What is Proxy Voting?

Proxy voting allows shareholders who are unable to attend a general meeting to exercise their voting rights through a designated representative.
The proxy attends the meeting on behalf of the shareholder to cast votes in favor of or against specific agenda items.

To proceed with proxy voting, the representative must prepare a Proxy Form signed or sealed by the shareholder and submit it before or at the meeting.

To clearly verify the representative’s authority, it is recommended to bring a valid ID to the meeting. Furthermore, to ensure full legal validity,
we highly recommend that the Proxy Form be stamped with the shareholder’s official seal and accompanied by a Certificate of Seal Impression.
